All collaborators can enjoy the integrated canvas experience and use sticky notes, drawings, diagrams, images, and more. The redirect link is valid for 30 minutes. Before you host your meeting, we recommend knowing the title of your mural and in which workspace it's stored.

Enable Zoom Apps visibility on the desktop client. You can take the journey of a fully embedded Collaborate mode or you can share via the Regular mode.

When you click the Collaborate button, Zoom will send a pop-up notification, inviting them to collaborate on the mural. More screen real estate and no separate windows; the mural is fully embedded in your Zoom screen. More screen real estate and a single app window. Users can experience a larger mural and view participants of the meeting in the same Zoom window.

Smoother joining experience. Start the app without using Zoom chat. Easily record murals within meetings with a single click. In Collaborate Mode, simply click Record. The meeting and mural will automatically record and be viewable in the Cloud or downloaded recording. Zoom desktop client v5. If participants don't have the app installed, Zoom can install it for them. Click the button to request access from your Zoom administrator. Select the checkbox next to Allow this app to use my shared access permissions.

That's it! Any participant can share a mural with other meeting participants. Only a host or co-host can share a mural to the Zoom meeting in Collaborate mode. After you've signed in, your browser will ask if you want to open zoom. Search for a mural to share. Choose the correct workspace and mural. You can type in the dropdown to assist in finding the correct mural. Click Open to open it. Click Allow. Your selected mural opens in your sidebar and expands to a larger size.

You're now sharing your mural with the meeting participants. However, for the best, full-screen sharing experience, use Collaborate mode! Click Collaborate in the top-right. When in Collaborate mode, your mural moves to the main Zoom window on the left, and is shared full-screen, just like a Zoom screen share.

You can use the controls in the top-right of the mural to adjust the in-app zoom level, refresh the mural, or end the sharing session. Note : These instructions apply to users with a Zoom client version less than 5. You can click Collapse in the top right to collapse the large share window.

You can also click on the 3 dot icon at the top right of the screen to pop the app into its own window, refresh the mural, or close the app. Only a Zoom host can enable Collaborate mode, but any meeting participant can share a mural in Regular mode.

Click Open zoom. You're now sharing the mural with other participants in Regular mode. In order for Collaborate mode to be active, ask the Zoom host to enable it. When a Zoom host or co-host shares a mural with you and other participants, this is how you can access it. Click View or Join.
